I would describe myself as an enthusiastic amateur, with several years of enjoyment, producing images with the greatest possible impact. I have, during some of this time, been part of a camera club achieving relatively successe in club competitions. I have also been credited with winning several online competitions. Withstanding all of this my main interest is in trying to produce images which give me satisfaction in composition and context. I am trying to re-launch this new website to help me share my work with family, friends and the on-line community. The website is giving me a platform for me to share some examples of the images I am interested in taking.
I have included a few pages of the different genre of Photography that interest me although the main interest is probably the Animal Kingdom. I haven’t been able to stretch to a Safari holiday but I do like to spend times in zoos and wildlife parks, Longleat being one of the best visits for opportunities. However I do enjoy taking Landscapes and setting up Still Life shots. I would love to develop my skills in Portraiture including the use of studio lighting. One of these days I will make a real effort to hone those skills which, on the surface, always look to be a real challenge.
